In 1992, the hotel has been completely restored to its original glory and the ambiance in all of its seventy-nine air-conditioned guestrooms and suites breathes the grace and elegance reminiscent of a grand European estate. Excellent wine list and in our lounge we have the largest cigar choice of Cuban and other international cigars. An absolute must while you are staying with us. The Amstel Bar & Brasserie is a unique place for an informal drink, lunch or dinner, and also a late evening supper after the theatre or a concert. Dining : La Rive - fine dining, 1 Michelin star, restaurant featuring French and Mediterranean cuisine. Open Monday - Friday for lunch and dinner, Saturday for dinner only. River level, seats 75.
