The hotel is situated opposite the avant-garde gondola station that takes you all the way up the 2.500 m high snowcapped slopes, to half pipes and a biathlon track with shooting range. The hotel has been designed in typically Alpine architectural style. It consists of 5 buildings situated in immediate proximity to the ski slopes of Bansko, with direct access to the new cabin lift and offers a splendid view to the Pirin Mountain. The guests of the hotel have the opportunity to indulge in their favourite sports and relax in a modern and luxurious facility close to nature, while enjoying the unique mountain air of the Bansko area. The Zalez Spa & Wellness Centre is unique in its size and in the variety of treatments offered and rounds off the relaxing experience. The 1,200 m² Zales Center has a gym, 2 saunas, 5 body treatment rooms, 2 steam baths, a solarium, massage rooms, an indoor pool and a jacuzzi. 3 hot-water outdoor swimming pools and an outdoor jacuzzi give the guests the opportunity for an exciting swim in the fresh air even in winter, while enjoying the view of the snow-covered mountain. In addition to that, the one and only Softouch Ayurvedic Centre offers treatment of some diseases and rejuvenation of body and soul in a completely different way. You can choose from more than 20 different body massages and head and facial treatments, each done by experienced professionals with genuine oils and herbs from the Far East.

The indoor swimming pool and the wellness area are closed for renovation. All guests can use the indoor swimming pool, the sauna, the steam bath and the gym at a sister hotel in the city centre free or charge. Transportation to the hotel will be organized free of charge as well.
