Check-in Instructions: Identification in the form of a photo ID driving license or a passport will be required at check-in. A security deposit of £250 (GBP) will also be required per apartment and is payable on arrival. It can be a pre-authorisation of a credit card or paid with cash and is refunded on check out. Office opening hours are as follows: Monday-Friday: 09:00 to 21:00 Saturday: 10:00 to 19:00 Sunday: 11:00 to 17:00 For arrivals outside of these hours, alternative arrangements can be made. Please contact the apartments in advance for further information. Please also note that bank holidays operate on Sunday hours. The residence kindly asks for you to indicate on your booking, your estimated time of arrival. Groups policy: reservations of 5 or more rooms, by any one client, on any one day, on any number of reservations will be considered a group booking.
