Approximate driving time to/from Eleftherios Venizelos Athens International Airport is 45 minutes. Best transport links from the airport to our hotel: From the Athens Airport Bus E95 to Syntagma square/Terminal then Trolley No 3 or 5 or 12 or 15 to Museum station(3rd station) and then 100 metres walk to Hotel Museum. Departures every 20/30 minutes. Duration of the journey:60 minutes. Bus operates for 24 hours, on a daily basis every 1/2 hour. Metro- the only line 3 to Syntagma then Trolley No 3 or 5 or 12 or 15 to Museum station(3rd station) and then 100 metres walk to Hotel Museum. Departures every 1/2 hour. Metro- the only line 3 to Omonia station (with a change of metro at Syntagma station-line 2, -for next 2 stations-direction to Aghios Antonios)and then 600 metres walk to Hotel Museum. Metro rail operates on a daily basis from 06:30 to 23:00. Advice for the ticket system of bus and metro: *Tickets must be bought before getting on *Metro: buy them in the ticket office at the station. *Bus: tickets are available in most newspapers-shops, in the white little shacks and from street venders. Note that the ticket must be stamped in the machines as you get on the bus and just before you enter the platform area in the metro. Fares are the same for children age 6 and up. Childeren of 5 years or less go for free. Nearest train/metro station: 1) Larissa railway station for central Greece and Peloponnese/ suburban railway station for going to the International airport.
